Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not offer same-day shipping.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking updates to appear. Express shipping fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.
Please ensure your shipping and billing details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay processing by 1–2 additional business days.
Delivery & Tracking
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door, at the discretion of the carrier. If delivery is deemed unsafe, the courier may hold the package or attempt redelivery. We recommend using a secure address where someone is available to receive the package.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. AVINA GLO is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
International Orders & Duties
International orders ship DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or refunded by AVINA GLO.
Customs fees vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details prior to ordering. In some cases, carriers such as DHL may invoice duties and taxes after delivery.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Address changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after placing your order by emailing shopavinaglo@gmail.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it or issue a refund once received. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including upgraded shipping.
