Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Wholesale items are also final sale.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on personal care products, custom or special-order items, sale items, or gift cards. For hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance and beauty products are non-returnable.
